Welcome to Gemini!
Gemini is a world split off from Earth during a war between the users of magic and the humans. After a long, drawn out war, it was decided that; using the technology available, the users of magic should live on another world, one known as Gemini.
However, a few of the humans found a way to get into Gemini, through a strange portal found in Roswell, New Mexico. Together, they had traveled through the portal, emerging in Gemini.
Now, a millennium later, the humans and the magic users, known as the Eves, coexists peacefully, never aware that the peace in the land was a result of, the elves' sacrifice. The elves were great enemies of the wolves due to a bloody battle between them in the past. The royal guard patrols the lands, searching for troublemakers, and disposing of them.
However, a new threat is forming. Now, the races must unite, for the last and final battle.

Arianna sat by the lake, her feet dangling in the water. It was not everyday that such depression settled, but when it did, she liked to sit by the lake, slowly sorting out her thoughts.
Arianna started singing after a while. She did not like the silence that threatens to overwhelm her. When she heard soft footsteps behind her, she stopped, wondering who was that.

Alatariel danced barefooted and lightly, then rose into the air with her talent. She flew until she came to the lake and nearly collapsed for it had been tiring. Seeing a figure, she carefully stepped over to her. "I'm Alatariel," she said shyly, not used to people, "what's your name? Are you a human?" She asked this last question curiously, hoping the girl wasn't offended. "I'm truly sorry if you're not a human." As always when she was nervous she gathered the oxygen from behind her, in this case as she had no wish to start a cross-species war by making this human die of air-loss, and fed it in to her personal area making it REALLY easy to breath. "I'm an Eve," she admitted.

Arianna started when someone spoke. She was still on the edge, having received a scare a few hours ago. She stared curiously at the other girl, wondering how she was able to fly.
"I'm Arianna," she replied, blushing, "I'm a human and I'm not offended." Arianna smiled nervously. She stood up slowly, slipping her feet into her sandals.
"Sorry if this seems rude, but what are you doing here?" she asked curiously.

Alatariel was glad that she was a human, she knew that if she'd been an Elf then Alatariel would be dead or far away by now. The girl asked her what she was doing here and Alatariel thought that it was ironic. "I should ask the same question of you," said Alatariel with a smile, " I live around here by choice, mainly in the forest. I prefer it that way. But enough about me, what are YOU doing here? Oh, but like I said, I'm an Eve and I have the power of air which means i can fly and command pretty much in the air." Alatariel had noticed the human's curiousity about her flight. Maybe she should give a demonstration? She was definitely at ease with this girl she knew.
She rose a few feet into the air then came back down and suddenly forced the oxygen away from the human's head for ten seconds then pushed it back. "I have great power," she admitted in a low voice.

Arianna laughed lightly, "That's cool." She was slightly surprised that Alatariel was able to fly, but then again, she didn't know much about the people here. "I come here often to think. It soothes me whenever I'm around water for some reason. I don't really know much about the people here, I usually stay at home but the atmosphere there is so tense that I just have to get out."

Now that was interesting. It probably wasn't meaningful though so Alatariel let the water thing slide. "This might be too personal but why is it so tense at your home?" It was a very personal question but Alatariel had been made more confident from the Arianna's praises. She did sometimes seem to swell up from praise, but that was really just human, or Eve as it happened.
